DZTE ACS Party @ Buzzard Billy’s
This year, during the annual ACS Conference, we are proud to be partnering with the wonderful people of The DZTE and The Cheese Culture Coalition, for their annual celebration. The event is a time to bring friends and colleagues together to meet the scholarship recipients. We’ll be melting up Jumi Raclette in support throughout the evening. This year the party will be hosted at Buzzard Billy’s in Des Moine, IA, and is open to the public! Tickets cost just $20 which gets you in the door and unlimited Raclette. All proceeds from the event will benefit both DZTE and CCC. Tickets will be available at the door, but you can also purchase in advanced here. We hope you’ll join us, see you there!
Maker to Monger Day @ Cheesemonger Invitational
We’ll be kicking off this years NYC Cheesemonger Invitational with Maker to Monger Day! For those of you competing in this year’s event, you’ll get to hear from some of our supplying partners and producers from abroad, as well as a very special presentation by Mr. Moo himself, Adam Moskowitz. To wrap up the evening, we’ll be serving up some a special dinner featuring Jumi Raclette. What better way to kick of the weekend?
Almnas Bruk @ France 44
Join us for an extra-special cheese class with Thomas Berglund and Tommy Larsson of Almnäs Bruk in Sweden, brought to you by our good friends at Maker to Monger! You know Almnäs Bruk for the fan-favorite Wrängeback cheese, and you'll fall even deeper in love with this incredible producer as you listen to Thomas and Tommy share the magic of cheesemaking in West Sweden.
You'll enjoy hand-selected wine pairings and tasty house-made bites to highlight the cheese as you learn what makes this place so special. This is not a full dinner, but come ready to eat and drink well!

Almnas Bruk @ The Barnyard
Join us for an intimate evening at The Barnyard! On May 31st, we have the honor of hosting Thomas Berglund and Tommy Larsson coming all the way from Almnäs Bruk in Sweden. Together, they'll be talking us through the rich history of this beautiful estate, the work that goes into the production and affinage of their cheese program, and what the future holds for the farm and changes they're currently implementing. And of course there will be plenty of cheese to go with all of this. We hope to begin our talk at 7PM that evening and space will be limited. If you'd like to attend, please reach out to doug@makertomonger.com to RSVP. We hope to see you there!
Industry Series @ Truckle Cheese Bar
Join Doug Jacknick of Maker to Monger and Tom Perry of Shelburne Farms for an industry workshop presented by Truckle Cheesemongers. Together, we’ll be talking about our two separate businesses, how they differ in models but are united by similar goals. And of course to go with this talk, will be a selection of five cheeses from each company, with a deep dive on each. To RSVP for this event, head over to Truckle’s website!
