We’re all pretty speechless @columbia_cheese rig We’re all pretty speechless @columbia_cheese right now, so we won’t say much here. Besides, @juliamoskin’s words are far superior anyhow. We’re humbled and so proud to grace the pages of @nytimes, none of which is possible without the incredibly hard work of this man here, Walter Räss of @kaserei_tufertschwil_ag. Without him creating, refining, and producing #chällerhocker, there is no story to tell. We’re grateful and thankful for all that he gives to us and the cheese industry as a whole. A special thank you to @juliamoskin, @jone_bone, and all others involved @nytimes who spent some fun filled days with us, covering @thecheesemongerinvitational.
